San Valentine - Medium White

Created by Miguel Torres Carbo as a gift to his wife, Margarita Riera, on Saint Valentine's Day. The Parellada grape, the best traditional white variety found in our highest vineyards, produces fruity, aromatic wines with moderate alcoholic strength, such as San Valentin. Clear pale yellow colour, with enticing aromas of fresh grapes, together with other fruits (ripe bananas, quince ) and flowers (acacia with hints of roses and rosemary). Voluptuous and slightly sweet on the palate. A delicious accompaniment to milder flavored shellfish and crustaceans. Ideal with sweet pastries. Serve chilled (about 8 deg C).

Vina Sol - Dry White

Origin Fourth generation grower Miguel Torres uses his experience well in the production of this dry white. Now also holding vineyards in Chile and California, Torres have made wine in their winery in Vilafranca del Penedès since 1870. Tastes Fresh and fruity on the nose, a smooth, crisp palate, with plenty of apples and pineapple fruit. A refreshingly crisp wine.

Rose - Casal Mendez

A light pink, refreshing and fruity rosé, bursting with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, pear drops and pineapples. On the palate the wine is soft and fruity with a light sparkle. A delicious summer wine with nice fresh acidity on the finish. Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d'oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food.

Both light and refreshing, it’s easy to see why Prosecco has become the party wine of choice.

Bubbly Cava

Clear pale yellow colour, with enticing aromas of fresh grapes, together with other fruits (ripe bananas, quince ) and flowers (acacia with hints of roses and rosemary). Voluptuous and slightly sweet on the palate. A delicious accompaniment to milder flavored shellfish and crustaceans such as clams and spider crab, or fish in sweet sauces. Ideal with sweet pastries. Serve chilled (about 8 deg C).

Red - Ensen Rioja

Rioja [ˈrjoxa] is a wine region, with Denominación de Origen Calificada (D.O.C. Qualified designation of origin) named after La Rioja, in Spain. Rioja is made from grapes grown not only in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, but also in parts of Navarre and the Basque province of Álava. Rioja is further subdivided into three zones: Rioja Alta, Rioja Baja and Rioja Alavesa. Many wines have traditionally blended fruit from all three regions though there is a slow growth in single-zone wines.

Red - Marques del Turia

This wine is of an intense, well robed cherry colour. It has an expressive bouquet where the aromas of red fruits such as blackberries and raspberries stand out. It has been carefully fermented to obtain a wine that is extremely pleasant on the palate and with a good balance between acidity and tannins. Type of wine: Tinto Joven Appellation of Origin: Valencia Grape varieties: 80% Bobal / 20% Syrah Alcohol content: 12.5% Recommended with: An accompaniment for rice dishes, sausages, meats and cheeses.

Red - Sangre de Toro

This is Torres tribute to Bacchus, the Roman God of wine, otherwise known as ‘son of the bull’. Like a Mediterranean matador’s cape, this Garnacha and Cariñena ruby red blend will dance across your tongue. Designation of origin SPAIN Degree of alcohol 13.5 %
